BoozyBites is not regulated under Victorian liquor law (written confirmation is available on request). However, we only supply to licensed venues and retailers in Victoria, and it is a condition of our supply contract that the product must be served or sold only to persons over the age of 18, by RSA-certified staff who are aware of its alcohol content. We will let you know of any relevant regulatory changes which come to our attention, as well as future opportunities for supply elsewhere in Australia (pending confirmation and satisfaction of any applicable regulatory requirements in each state and territory).
